Wear your comfiest yoga attire that you don’t mind a little cat glitter to attach to and grab your yoga mat. Some yoga mats are available but are first come first available so recommend bringing your own. Must be 16 years of age or older to participate. Waiver to be emailed and completed before participation for all individuals.
