Our Community Baby Shower is a chance for Western North Carolina to come together and support families who are still recovering after Hurricane Helene. While many in our community are rebuilding homes and lives, some are also welcoming new babies during an incredibly challenging time.

This event is designed to surround expecting parents and families with love, encouragement, and essential support. Donations collected will go directly toward providing diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, clothing, safe sleep items, hygiene products, and other newborn necessities for families who have been displaced, financially strained, or impacted by storm-related losses.

Every contribution—whether big or small—helps ease the burden on parents who are focused on keeping their babies safe, healthy, and cared for while navigating recovery. Together, we can help ensure that even in the midst of hardship, new life in WNC is welcomed with dignity, hope, and community support.

We are a grassroots nonprofit 501 (c)(3) collective serving those in Western North Carolina, dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing crisis, displacement, and poverty, especially those still living in the long shadow of disasters like Hurricane Helene.

We believe in community over charity, and that showing up for our neighbors, especially when times are hardest, is how we build real change.
