Every course is prepped and plated by Houston Community College Culinary Arts students working alongside our featured chefs. University of Houston College of Global Hospitality Leadership fellows run the floor, managing everything from the kitchen line to VIP service. When you take your seat, you're not just being served — you're watching future culinary leaders build their careers in real time.

Every ticket and every partnership funds scholarships for culinary and hospitality students who would otherwise be priced out of their education.
