UAW 4121 Postdoc and Research Scientists and Engineers A-4 units have been in negotiations with UW Admin for months, with both bargaining teams are experiencing stalling tactics at every turn. Last month, Postdocs and RSEs A-4 across UW overwhelmingly voted in support of the bargaining committees calling for strikes if circumstances justify.

In the event of a strike, this fund will be used to supplement strike support from the UAW strike fund to help Postdocs and RSEs who experience hardship as a result of lost pay.
