“44 for the Fallen” Challenge honors the 44 veterans we lose every day to suicide.

🔥 What is it?

Participants complete 44 push-ups, burpees, steps, or reps of any physical activity. One for each life lost per day, and dedicate it to a fallen veteran, active-duty member or first responder. Then they challenge 4 friends to do the same within 4 days.

How it Works:

Record a short video (30-60 seconds) doing your "44 for the Fallen" reps.
Say the name of a veteran or first responder you are dedicating your effort to, or simply say:
“I’m doing 44 for the 44 veterans we lose to suicide each day. This is for the ones we lost and the families they left behind. I challenge [Name 1], [Name 2], [Name 3], and [Name 4] to do the same.”
Post it on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook using hashtags:
