Introducing the Homes for Helene Sticker Campaign

The Homes for Helene Sticker Campaign began with a simple yet powerful idea: to raise funds for families and communities affected by Hurricane Helene through donations made in exchange for stickers.

We first met our friend Dana McKee when she served alongside our team during the Hurricane Helene Airlift Relief effort. Dana is originally from Statesville and like many of us, the mountains are close to her heart. After a series of events, Dana and her husband, Tom, felt a clear calling to donate their RV to us for use in on-site missions, providing essential support where it’s needed most. Their generosity has strengthened our ability to serve, and since meeting them, we’ve developed a meaningful partnership rooted in a shared commitment to rebuilding and supporting the Western NC community.

Although Dana isn’t local, she wanted to do something more to continue raising funds for our neighbors in Western NC. That’s how the Homes for Helene Sticker Campaign was born—and we’re thrilled to partner with her to make this vision a reality.

Here’s What We’re Doing:

The Mission:
We’re raising funds to provide shelter and housing for families still recovering from Hurricane Helene. Every dollar raised will go directly toward housing needs—whether that’s RV housing, volunteer hubs, or building supplies to repair temporary or permanent homes.

Why Now?
As winter approaches, the need for safe, secure housing is more urgent than ever. Many families remain displaced, and volunteers working tirelessly on the ground need additional support to continue their work.
