Stomping Ground's mission is to "connect the community with comedy" and a large part of that mission is inclusivity; our goal is to provide a safe creative space and community that is representative of the vibrant diversity of Dallas. With that in mind, we want to be a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ folks to learn, create, and feel at home with like-minded people...but they can't do that if they don't know we exist!

This year Stomping Ground is heading out into the community to Dallas Pride 2024 on June 1-2 to outreach to the over 60,000+ LGBTQIA+ folks and their allies who attend Dallas Pride each year. Our community members and staff will host a booth in the vendor area and appear in the Pride Parade.

Our goals at Dallas Pride 2024 are simple:

Let attendees know that we are a welcoming, safe space for them here in Dallas
Spread awareness about our programs including Improv for Life, kids camps, scholarships, and more
Give out free stuff and swag while spreading joy and laughter

Outreach and spreading awareness to those who would benefit from our community comes at a cost. We know that the Stomping Ground community of performers, students, donors, and volunteers value a welcoming and diverse community just as much as we do; so we're asking for help in covering the cost of being a part of Dallas Pride 2024.

Pride Vendor Table and Chair: $375
Pride Parade Entry & Throwing Fee: $700
Marketing Materials, Swag, Supplies: $750
Total: $1825
