***IN HONOR of TAYLA ***
On April 1st, 2016, our sister, Tayla, passed away at the age of 1 . The police and the Department of Children & Families (DCF) took all 10 in the sibling group, including us, Michael and Dylan, and our younger brother Christian to foster/group homes. Christian and I (Dylan) were in a group home for about 3 months until my family took us to their home, where we were fostered through 4Kids for about 1 1/2 years to 2 years, then Michael joined us.
We were adopted on April 28,2020 after being fostered for 4 years. We now want to do our part and give back to 4Kids in honor of our sister Tayla. Although she didn’t live long and we were young at the time, we think she saved us. To honor her memory, we believe we can help other foster families by giving back to 4Kids.
