Whittier's pledge drive is our annual fundraiser to support our school community.

Why Do We Need Your Help?

Public funding covers basic district-supported staff and utilities, but it doesn’t stretch to the programs that make Whittier Elementary a standout school. Your tax-deductible donations to the Whittier PTA support:

Salaries for Paraeducators: Providing additional support in classrooms.
Classroom Enrichment: Mini-grants for teachers to enhance learning experiences.
Professional Development: Equipping our staff with the best skills and training.
Garden to Table Program: Hands-on learning about gardening and sustainability.
Community Events: Heritage Night, Giving Tree, and other events that bring us together.
Food: Teacher appreciation and 2nd lunch program.

Our goal is $50,000, aiming for ~$200 per student.

Every contribution helps. The fundraising campaign runs through September 30, 2025, but donations can be accepted throughout the entire school year. Check if your employer offers matching gifts! Your support enhances our programs, enriches student experiences, and builds our community.
