When parents and children receive support at the same time, families can move forward together. Through the partnership between the Godman Guild Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio, families receive coordinated services that strengthen economic stability for parents while helping children succeed in school and beyond.

By aligning supports for parents and children and delivering them in a coordinated way, we can strengthen family stability, increase engagement, and create progress that is more durable over time.

Our Two-Generation Approach: The Guild and Big Brothers Big Sisters work together to support families, addressing immediate needs while building long-term opportunity.

Coordinated Family Support: Staff coordinate services and align goals across organizations for youth, teens, and adults. Regular check-ins help ensure supports work together. For example, aligning childcare schedules with job interviews or reinforcing routines that support school success.
