Moreover, it covers essential graduation expenses like gowns, caps, senior pictures, and yearbooks, ensuring that no graduate is left behind. Whether you’re an avid walker, runner, supporter of local causes, or a business looking to make a positive impact, the Walk For Futures: No Grad Left Behind 5K is your chance to contribute to a noble cause. Now in its fifth year, this annual event has become a celebrated community gathering, with each year striving to help more students and families. The 5K event promises a scenic route through Creekside Park, beginning at 9:00 am with check-in starting at 8:15 am. Participants and sponsors alike will have the satisfaction of knowing that their efforts directly benefit 1 high school seniors, providing them with the academic and emotional support, mentorship, and necessary graduation expenses they need to succeed. As we remember many students over the years who have already benefited from the program, we take pride in being part of their success journey as they pursue careers in fields such as criminal justice, health and human kinetics, business management, sports medicine, theater, and various trades.
