We’re a place where aging adults and adults with disabilities are seen, valued, and engaged. From engaging programming and home-cooked meals to adapted activities and health monitoring, we offer more than just care—we offer connection, purpose, and relief for families.

Every person who walks through our doors matters to us. We meet people where they are—with dignity and compassion. And we never turn anyone away because they can’t afford to pay.

But we can’t do this without help.
