SELF-CARE Foundations

Understanding Personal Needs: Identifying physical, emotional, and mental needs
Developing Self-Awareness: Mindfulness and journaling to track emotions and stress
Creating Boundaries: Learning to say no, managing commitments, and setting healthy boundaries
