In August 2025 we are gathering in northern California for a summit meeting of extraordinary theatre artists. Our goal is to ignite our collective passion for Shakespeare and tackle one of his most challenging and exciting plays- Macbeth. Celebrated Italian theatre artists Isadora Angelini and Luca Serrani from Teatro Patalò will join us in our exploration of a tragedy with obvious contemporary resonance. We'll explore the human lust for power, the impulse toward totalitarianism, and the inevitable gravity that pulls decent people toward acts of evil. Ultimately, we will offer our audiences a riveting and entertaining context to collectively grapple with these important themes. This is the creation phase of MACBETH:REVOLT, and in December we will have our World Premiere at the Teatro Sociale in Novafeltria, Italy. In 2026 we plan to play in Chicago, San Francisco, and in festivals throughout the European Shakespeare circuit.
