Pasta = Love, and we love you for supporting our mission of inclusion at Teton Adaptive. Chef Joel Cox at Sweet Cheeks Meats is serving up homemade pasta for two with a perfectly paired bottle of wine, bread and a sweet bite for $125. Joel will prepare a meat ragout option and a vegetable and ricotta option for you to choose from. Sommelier Mike Calla has chosen a Nebbiolo/Croatina, medium-body red to accompany Joel’s ragout and a fresh, clean Arneis to serve with the vegetarian meal. Pro tip: this event has historically sold out quick, get your order in fast! More details coming soon on the exact menu. After you order online, we will deliver it in the greater Teton area on March 19th before 4pm, or you can pick your dinner up on the same day in front of Sweet Cheeks between 4 and 5:30pm.
