A Home of Her Own: The Power of Women Coming Together

For many women in our community, homeownership feels like an impossible dream. They work hard, care for their families, and do everything right—but the barriers to safe, affordable housing remain too high. That’s where Women Build comes in.

Women Build isn’t just about constructing houses. It’s about women lifting up other women. It’s about strength, resilience, and hope. It’s about standing shoulder to shoulder with a mother who just wants a safe place for her children to sleep at night, and making it happen.

How You Can Help

This year, teams of 10 women, each led by a team captain, will fundraise $2,500 per team to help purchase the building materials needed to construct a home. Every hammer lifted, every nail driven, and every dollar raised brings us one step closer to giving a family a safe, affordable place to call home.
