Where the mission is: Toll and Roll TM has met with representatives and completed the Petition of Remonstrance to Remedy journey, now it is time for the Congressional Hearing and the finish line! As of March 16, 2026 this remedy is on 60 bipartisan congressional office desks, with one being the Problem Solvers Caucus = 50 States represented. DOGE and the DOJ/AG/DOD must have the required investigations underway = required per remedy and delivery of the civil and criminal penalties. As Toll and Roll TM became 1 year old on March 7, the birthday cake (remedy) is decorated, candles were lit and blown out, the cake is served and ready to eat!

Toll and Roll™ is a nationwide movement of property owners, parents, seniors, veterans, and whistleblowers who have lived through land-record fraud, CPS/APS abuse, guardianship and conservatorship corruption, probate crimes, and judicial warfare. Together, we authored The People’s Remedy and Restoration Act — The New Declaration of Independence 2025™, a Bill now under review in Washington, D.C.

This Bill was written by the People, at no cost to the government, and provides the long-overdue oversight needed to protect Americans from fraudulent land recordings, forged-conterfeit andperjured court filings, predatory guardianships, CPS/APS abuses, and the trafficking of property, estates, and human lives.

A Quick, Clear Timeline of Our Work

April–May 2025: The First Cross-Country Convoy

Toll and Roll™ Delegates traveled from Oregon, and through Orange County CA to Washington, D.C. — originally by bus, then by car caravan after mechanical failure — arriving May 1, 2025.

Along the way, victims in multiple states joined us, handed over evidence, and helped deliver documents to law firms, banks, servicers, agencies and congressional offices. Notice was given to those mentioned inside the thousands of pages of crimes delivered. Nearly 100 notices were mailed nationwide from D.C., and dozens more delivered by hand and “blue tape” to implicated agencies, offices, and businesses.

Meetings in Washington, D.C.

We met with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), took part in a DOJ press conference, and walked congressional halls to place the Bill directly into the hands of lawmakers.

June 15–18, 2025: Return to Washington

The Delegates returned for follow-up meetings with DOGE and over two dozen congressional offices.
CSPOA Sheriff Richard Mack and Oklahoma Representative JJ Humphreys joined us at the Capitol and personally delivered the Bill to additional Members of Congress.

These efforts contributed to a sealed federal investigation being opened — a major victory for every survivor who has come forward.

July, 2025: Return to Washington Matt delivered thematerials requested and then Tea, Matt and Billie returned to D.C..

They met with Senator Grassley's Judiciary Committee team and was formally identified as Whistleblowers. They were asked to explain the evidence and what they gave to D.O.G.E. The team was told they knocked it out of the park and that the evidence and missin would be under complete review or further action.

September 2025: The Work Continued

More meetings, more offices, more traction — and more commitments than ever before.
Our Delegates personally delivered The People’s Remedy and Restoration Act — The New Declaration of Independence 2025™ to Washington, D.C., and we did not stand alone.

CSPOA Sheriff Richard Mack and Oklahoma Representative JJ Humphrey joined our team inside the Capitol, attending meetings with congressional offices and amplifying the urgency of this Bill. Their presence added weight, legitimacy, and national visibility to the mission.

During these meetings, Tom Homan gave Sheriff Mack a direct assurance:
the Bill he was given would be carried forward and an attempt would be made to get it to the President.

And Congressman Clay Higgins gave our Delegates a personal commitment.
He promised to help get the Bill “where it needs to be” for sponsorship and instructed his staff to meet with, listen to, and work directly with our Delegates moving forward.

This is real traction. Real recognition. Real momentum.

January 3-13, 2026

DC January Update,

Washington, D.C. in January was a success. New doors opened, the right contacts were made, and we walked through 25 more offices with purpose and follow through. A senior staffer offered the clearest, most effective direction we have received to date, and we acted on it immediately.

We are also announcing two important additions to our delegation. Kirk Pendergrass has stepped in as our new Delegate and is picking up where Chris Hallet was working before his passing in 2020, carrying that work forward with strength and continuity. Irene Reichenbach has joined as well, adding experience, resolve, and steady leadership to the team.

Because we take guidance seriously and we do not waste opportunities, we also completed a major structural improvement to The People’s Remedy and Restoration Act: we now have seven sub bills under the one Bill. This makes it easier for staffers, readers, and reviewers to understand the depth, the mechanics, and the completeness of what the People are bringing forward, without losing the full intent of remedy and restoration.

Hope is not a slogan for us, it is a discipline. Faith is not passive, it is action. We did the work, we followed the direction given, and we can see the path getting clearer. Changes are coming, and this Republic is not finished.

Our Delegates remain in active communication with congressional offices, federal staff, and the agencies reviewing the evidence. We are no longer knocking on doors — doors are opening for us.

Our Mission and Goal:
To deliver the people’s remedy—the New Declaration of Independence 2025—our Petition of Remonstrance, to reclaim our rights and sovereignty. Additionally, we met with DOGE and seek for Congress to encourage President Trump to pause electronic recordation and audit land records to prevent the fraudulent filing of unlawful documents and the trafficking of titles, children, identities, ranches, farms, lives and end stop the isolation of our seniors through probate crimes. This can be done through a Presidential executive order and audit by the DOGE team.

Expose Corruption in Land Records and Court Records: Hold banks, courts, title and real estate companies and agents, attorneys, investors, CPS, PROBATE actions and public servants accountable for counterfeit and fraudulent land/court records recorded.

Collect: Hundreds of $TRILLIONS in fines, fees and lifetimes in prison from/for the criminals due to recording counterfeit/forged/fraudulent paperwork into the land records/courts. Collect hundreds of trillions of dollars, give victims remedy, give 30% to the retirement coffers of those affected by securitization racketeering, give the balance to pay down the national debt.

Return Stolen Titles & Remediate Damages: We seek the remedy for property titles being restored to rightful owners of title and for them to receive treble damages. We seek the return of children to their families and seniors to be taken out of isolation. Damages are tolling, hence the name Toll and Roll!

This action protects Generational Wealth: Millions of families have lost their land, homes and lives due to financial fraud and unjust courts stripping them of their wealth, children and senior family members.
