For those of you who may not know who we are..

Leveling the Fields is a 501(c)3 programs-focused nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of girls in sports, recognizing the strong correlation between sports participation and future leadership roles. We are committed to breaking down barriers and providing universal access to sports, regardless of financial constraints, geographical limitations, or lack of options. Through our targeted programs, we aim to get more girls into sports, keep them engaged, and equip them with the tools needed to thrive as future leaders.
