Oh star of the north, oh martyr of the land and giving,
You who planted the north with your own hands, and embraced its soil with your pure soul.
Youssef, oh name that blooms in the mouths of the free,
And oh sun that rises on every heart that knows the meaning of loyalty.
You sacrificed your soul and body, and made your blood a river that waters the fields,
You planted hope in us when you were the crop,
And when you ascended as a martyr, you were the fruit that never withers.
Every tree will remain a witness to your courage,
And every flower that will grow under your shade, will whisper the name of Youssef who watered the land with blood.
Sleep soundly, oh beloved of the soul,
For the freedom to which you dedicated your life has settled in our roots,
And the north that you planted, will continue to grow with you,
For you are our never-ending story,
And you are the hero that the days immortalized,
Peace be upon your soul as long as there is love on earth, and as long as there are stars in the sky.

Dear friends, family and all
I'm deeply sorry to disappoint you, but we were forcibly displaced yesterday by the Israeli army. For the last two days, we have endured scenes that felt like the Day of Judgement, escaping under relentless bombardment. The sorrow of witnessing our family members lost and others unjustly arrested weighs heavily on us.
Now relocated to Gaza City ( living in tents) we cling to hope and the power of your prayers and support that the war will soon end, allowing us to return to our lands and resume farming. Your unwavering support is a beacon of hope in these dark times.
Any donations at this moment will be used to sustain life and alleviate the immense suffering of our beloved and displaced community. Together, with resilience and faith, we believe in a brighter future where we can rebuild and thrive once again.

I apologise for my recent absence. As many of you know, my nephew Yousef was martyred last month 21 of October 2024. Since then, our family has been in a state of shock and anger. We have been forced to move from place to place, seeking refuge from the heavy bombings. Many of us have fled, but there is no safe place in Gaza.
We are currently in northern Gaza, hoping to continue Yousef's legacy by planting crops. We are starving and facing death if we cannot grow food to feed our hungry community.
Despite these hardships, we remain resilient and determined to rebuild our lives. Your support is crucial in helping us survive and sustain our community during these dire times. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to a brighter future.
As the saying goes, "To plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow." By helping us plant crops, you are not only feeding the hungry but also giving hope to a community in desperate need. Your contributions will provide us with the means to grow food and sustain ourselves.
