David Chevrolet, the North Tonawanda City Market, and Lumber City Church have come together to create something special: a community-powered fundraiser where every ticket fuels real hope for local families in need.

For years, Lumber City Church has been deeply rooted in North Tonawanda—known not just for its faith, but for rolling up its sleeves to serve. From feeding students through Box of Hope, to providing families with dignified access to quality clothing through Lumber City Outfitters, the church has earned a reputation for practical, compassionate care. This raffle continues that mission—powered by trusted neighbors and generous hearts.

Your participation in this raffle supports meaningful outreach efforts right here in our city. And while only one winner will drive off in the 2025 Chevy Trax RS, every ticket helps a family move forward.

That’s why we’re calling it Everybody WINS—because when a community shows up for its own, nobody gets left behind.

A portion of your payment may include standard processing fees charged by Givebutter or its payment processors (e.g., Stripe). These are not collected by Lumber City Church or NeighborHOPE Collective.

Each ticketholder is entitled to one seat at our Everybody Wins Meat Raffle on October 17th - Must RSVP by October 11.

📜 Official Raffle Rules & Disclosures

Sponsor: The Everybody WINS Raffle is sponsored by Lumber City Church, located at 383 Vandervoort St, North Tonawanda, NY 14120. All proceeds benefit charitable outreach initiatives serving underserved families in North Tonawanda.
Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States. Employees and leadership of Lumber City Church, and any parties involved in the execution of the raffle and their immediate household, are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.
Ticket Info: Raffle tickets are available for $20 for one (1) entry or $50 for three (3) entries.

◦ Tickets will be available digitally through Givebutter only.

◦ Some fees may apply.

◦ Other limited-time ticket promotions or bundle offers may be introduced at the discretion of the raffle organizers. All such promotions will be valid when officially issued by Lumber City Church and NeighborHOPE Collective.
Raffle Dates: Ticket sales begin on Memorial Day (May 26, 2025) and continue until just before the drawing on October 17, 2025, or while supplies last.
Drawing & Winner Notification: The winning ticket will be drawn live at the Meat Raffle hosted at the Knights of Columbus Hall (755 Erie Ave, North Tonawanda, NY) on Friday, October 17, 2025.
- The winner does not need to be present to win and will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
Grand Prize: One (1) 2025 Chevrolet Trax RS, provided in partnership with David Chevrolet.
- No cash alternative. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Entrants must be 18 years or older. Winner may be required to present valid government-issued identification to claim prize.
Licensing: This raffle is conducted in accordance with New York State laws governing charitable games of chance. Required permit documentation is on file.
General Terms: By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by the sponsor, which are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Payment Processing Fees: Please note that Givebutter, our online fundraising platform, may charge additional payment processing or transaction fees. These fees are standard and are not collected by Lumber City Church or NeighborHOPE Collective.
