When harm happens, everyone is impacted. Restorative justice asks us not to turn away, but to turn toward one another. At the Community Justice Center, we believe in the power of truth, accountability, and collective care. Our work brings together the person who was harmed, the person who caused harm, and the community—so that everyone’s voice is heard, and healing can begin. We’re launching “Wave of Change” to raise the support needed to continue providing these spaces of restoration across our community!

What Your Gift Supports:

Support people who have been harmed to share their story, express what they need to heal, and have those needs acknowledged and met.

Create safe and supported spaces people have caused hard to take responsibility and make things as right as possible through meaningful action, reflection, and repair.

Train and equip community members to lead this work—so neighbors can prevent harm, respond with care, and build safety without relying on systems of exclusion.

Here’s how your gift can make a difference:

$25 – Assist a family get a bus pass/Uber so they can attend mediation, court dates, or community support circles.
$55 – Provide restorative resources for a youth or adult navigating a healing process.
$100 – Support outreach and preparation for mediation, ensuring every voice is heard.
$250 – Help close a mediation case, creating agreements that promote repair and reconciliation.
$500 – Provide emergency funding for a family facing urgent needs during a crisis.
$1,000 or more – Fuel transformation through scholarships, trainings to guide others towards peace, and equipping interns and volunteers to lead the future.
