Step into the past—literally—as Edgewood Historic Cemetery presents the fourth in its celebrated series, “A Walk to Remember.” This year’s theme, “We Picked Pottstown,” brings to life the stories of remarkable individuals who helped shape the character and legacy of this Pennsylvania borough.

Through a mix of first-person portrayals and live storytelling, volunteers will guide you through three immersive stops along the cemetery grounds. Expect touching tales, historical documents, and notable headstones—all part of the 164-year-old cemetery’s rich history.

Meet These Pottstown Pioneers:

Louisa Hazel Strack & Amelia Hartline Strack – A daughter’s joyful memories and a mother’s moving tribute to love, loss, and resilience.
Francis Saylor – Hear how a steel-savvy entrepreneur linked Pottstown to a booming industry.
Anna Bertha Brunish – From Germany to Lincoln Ave., discover how Bertha’s legacy lives on in a beloved local grocery.

Tour Times:
Each tour is limited to 20 guests for an intimate and engaging experience.
