At EmpowHERto, we empower young Black and Latina girls to believe in themselves and break through the systemic barriers that have too often told them what they can’t do. We equip them with the tools, confidence, and opportunities to thrive not just survive in today’s world.

But as our girls grow, we’ve seen a harsh reality: youth unemployment among Black and Latina communities remains alarmingly high, with many young people facing limited access to meaningful work experience, mentorship, and pathways into tech and business careers.

That’s why this Giving Tuesday, EmpowHERto is choosing to support the launch of our A2I (Academy to Industry) program , a career-launching platform designed to bridge the gap between education and employment.

A2I provides low income youth with hands-on training, mentorship, paid internships, and career coaching that prepare them to step confidently into the workforce. By contributing this Giving Tuesday, you’re helping us create a future where our youth aren’t just participants in the economy. they’re leaders, innovators, and changemakers shaping it.
