Please complete and return the Team Profile no later than 3/31/26 so we can better prepare to accommodate you and your team members.

Team Stand Sponsor

We are requesting an electronic logo (.png format) to be sent via email to brant.machado@ushotshots.com no later than 3/21/26. The logo/sign will be placed at one of the stands to identify your sponsorship and support of the US Hotshots Association.

Please also complete and return the Team Profile no later than 3/31/26, so we can better prepare to accommodate your sponsored team members.
