DT Cares Community Impact Fund

DT Cares improves youth outcomes across Hartford County by investing in students and caregivers, strengthening academic and emotional wellbeing to drive engagement, behavior, and workforce readiness.

We provide school based and community embedded mentorship and wellness programs for elementary, middle, and high school youth, addressing critical challenges such as chronic absenteeism, mental health needs, behavioral development, and access to career pathways.

Since 2023, DT Cares has served over 1,200 youth across six schools and community partnerships. Our programs are led by community rooted mentors and focus on early intervention, leadership development, mental wellness, and family engagement.

Your support fuels year round programming that allows DT Cares to expand reach, train mentors, embed services within schools, and deliver measurable outcomes for youth and families across Connecticut.
