The 100 Doulas Rising Leadership Development Program is the first of its kind in Chicago, designed to address the critical need for comprehensive Doula care within the Black community. Our program provides rigorous training and support to empower Doulas with the skills and knowledge to offer holistic care from prenatal to postpartum. These DONA-certified, Full-Spectrum Doulas are creating healthier futures for families by reducing maternal and infant mortality disparities.
