The Grand Traverse Hockey Association's Girls 12U Red Team is playing in the elite "Mrs. Hockey Invite” in Ft. Lauderdale! Also known as "The Howe“, this prestigious 12U girls hockey tournament is a tribute to the late Colleen Howe. A legend in her own right, Mrs. Hockey was more than just Gordie Howe’s wife; she was also an innovator and sports powerhouse who opened doors for women of all ages who love the game of hockey.

The team is hoth honored to have been selected to partipate in this very special tournament and excited about the opportunity to travel to Florida and represent Northern Michigan and women's hockey. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity that we want each of our girls to be able to enjoy!

We are raising money to assist the players and families in covering expenses related to travel and lodging. Donations of any size will be gratefully accepted!

Donors who contribute $100 or more will be featured on our team banner, which will be displayed in Florida and at subsequent games throughout Michigan.
