Many of you are aware of my passion for service to others - there is no greater calling - it's our Mission! In my role at Embrace Living Communities, I lead a team of social service coordinators who assist older adults and individuals with disabilities living within affordable housing to connect to essential services, which often results in many residents being able to age within their community - their home! This makes a tremendous difference in the lives of residents we are privileged to serve. Sometimes, we can't make these impacts without the generous support of others - like YOU! My ask of YOU?
