The "Who Cracked My Egg?" SEL course is an innovative culinary learning module using the essence of a broken egg to educate participants on trauma responses and the value of mental health wellness: “no matter how life cracks you something beautiful can come from what remains”.

The learning model employs evidence based cognitive therapy through cooking within a teaching/learning platform, with emphasis on emotional resilience which is the ability to respond to stressful or unexpected situations and crisis. Designed for students ages 12 - 19, our program is measurable and provides a strong efficacy cycle. Students graduating this course are provided a Certificate of Completion, a Be Great journal from the program director, Carmen Gray, and access to online courses for continuum learning.
