Omega Housing Corporation remains dedicated to our mission: to provide and maintain a high quality living environment that fosters the academic, leadership, and personal development of the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha at the University of Kentucky. We believe that a stable, well maintained residence is the foundation for student success and community growth.

Your support directly helps maintain our facilities to the highest standards. By contributing, you provide the resources necessary for essential property updates and safety improvements that benefit every member of the chapter.

Every contribution ensures that the next generation of leaders has a place to study, lead, and grow. We invite you to join us in this investment.

BEFORE YOU DONATE: There is an "optional tip" that supports the platform that you can choose to pay, adjust, or set to $0 which does not in any way impact the housing fundraiser dollars.

Our Campaign: $600,000

Our housing initiative has two important goals.

$100,000 — Outfit Our New 6-10 Year Home

Our immediate goal is to raise $100,000 to transform 341 Grosvenor Avenue into a functional and welcoming chapter home.

These funds will help provide:

Durable furniture for the main brotherhood and chapter space
Televisions and technology
Study and meeting space
Chapter composites, photographs and Pi Kappa Alpha décor
Furnishings for common areas
Outdoor seating and gathering areas
A budget-conscious basketball/parking area
Landscaping and privacy improvements
Other equipment and improvements necessary to make the house feel like Omega's home

Every gift toward this goal will have an immediate impact on today's undergraduate members.

$500,000 — Build Our Permanent Housing Fund

Our larger goal is to raise an additional $500,000 toward the purchase of a permanent home for Omega Chapter.

The Grosvenor Avenue property gives us stability for the next six years (potentially longer) and provides the time we need to build a strong financial foundation for the future.

Our vision extends beyond this lease.

We want Omega Chapter to have a permanent home that can serve generations of Pikes at the University of Kentucky.

Help Us Build What's Next

Whether you were an Omega Pike decades ago, recently graduated, are the parent of a current member, or simply believe in the value of the Pi Kappa Alpha experience, we invite you to be part of this effort.

Every contribution moves us closer to our goal.
