This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to stand with us in our mission to empower voters and defend democracy—right here in Williamson County, Texas.

The League of Women Voters of Williamson County is a nonpartisan, grassroots organization committed to making democracy work for everyone. We’re proud to be deeply embedded in our community, reaching thousands of residents each year through:

High School “First Vote” educational programs
Convocations and Back-to-School voter registration events
US Naturalization ceremony voter registration
Local festivals and community gatherings
Community Coffee Civic Awareness Conversations
Vocal Local Voter Education Events
Justice Impacted individuals
Seniors

In 2025–2026, Texas will have a whopping FOUR elections and one extra in Leader. For this reason we need help gearing up to prepare as many voters as possible to get out and vote!! Our focus is not only on preparing voters for local, state, and federal elections, but also on motivating registered voters to show up to vote — every time. Because voting isn’t just a right—it’s a responsibility.

Every dollar you give fuels civic engagement and strengthens our democracy.

In addition to all our current modes of engagement, we are hoping for funds to support these new and ongoing projects.

Print and distribute nonpartisan voter guides
Provide more translations for the Voters Guides *NEW
Host educational events and forums
Train volunteers and student ambassadors
Purchase of yard signs to increase awareness of VOTE411.org *NEW
Expand outreach to underserved communities
Develop new programs to boost voter turnout *NEW
