The Alamance County YMCA is a special place full of life and energy as individuals use its' facility for a variety of purposes. I especially enjoy the group fitness classes as it gives me an opportunity to share experiences with those for whom I care for deeply. 

The ACYMCA is a wonderful place that's much more than group fitness classes, basketball and weights. It's a place where food insecurity is addressed for those youngsters who may not know where their next meal is coming from. It's also a place for individuals who are rehabilitating from a myriad of health issues. It's also a place where families and friends can connect around youth sports programs as their cheer on the little ones.
