Here's how the payout breaks down:

50% of the total pot will go to the Affiliated Family Foundation, helping fund charitable initiatives in the communities served by Century 21 Affiliated.
The remaining 50% will be awarded to the top three winners:
- First Place: 70% of the prize pool
- Second Place: 20% of the prize pool
- Third Place: 10% of the prize pool
