Clearing the Way for the Future of Alpha Lambda

The Alpha Lambda Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity is launching the next critical step in our chapter house journey: the demolition of our former chapter house to prepare the site for future development.

For decades, this house served as a place of brotherhood, growth, and shared memories. However, due to age, structural limitations, and modern code requirements, the building can no longer safely or effectively serve our members. Demolishing the existing structure is a necessary step to responsibly move forward.

Funds raised through this campaign will support:

Professional demolition and site clearing
Permitting, safety compliance, and environmental requirements
Site preparation for future construction
Preservation of key elements and memories from the original house
