EntreNous Youth Empowerment Services, Inc. is a Compton-based nonprofit organization founded in 2012that provides a safe space built on respect, care, and compassion for young people to grow in.

Our Purpose: To offer an integrated, human development approach to the high-quality workforce and leadership development programs, education, resources, and services. Through the creation of an inclusive, equitable, and nurturing environment, we provide culturally relevant and rigorous financial sustainability for young people and families in economically-distressed communities

Compton YouthBuild: As a proud affiliate of YouthBuild USA, we offer pathways to education, entrepreneurship, jobs, and other opportunities leading to productive livelihoods and community leadership.

Impactful Bites: EntreNous is proud to partner with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) to deliver skills-based training in six work-ready competency areas defined by the restaurant industry. Members earn nationally recognized certificates that are designed to fast-track their careers in the hospitality and culinary arts industries!

Apprenticeship Readiness Program: Provides young people with hands-on work experience, valuable skills, and industry-recognized credentials in construction to improve opportunities for a sustainable life, specifically in union apprenticeships. Young people not only build affordable housing - they build self-esteem, self-worth, and hope.

Project Hearts: As part of their whole-person approach to care, the Project Hearts program seeks to empower young people to make informed choices. The program's youth-centered curriculum navigates self-care, decision making, and developing an understanding of love, healthy communication, and healthy relationships.
