The Ava Crews Scholarship supports the continued education of one high school senior each year at Scappoose High School who exemplifies kindness, compassion and a desire to help others. To honor Ava's legacy, it is our hope to continue this scholarship for many generations to come.

Each year, a one-time scholarship will be awarded to a student who plans to attend a college or university, trade program, or community college. Students should have experience with and/or a desire to support the education, mental health and development of youth. Ava planned to attend the University of Oregon and pursue a career supporting the positive mental health of kids, a cause that meant so much to her.

The Scappoose High School Scholarship Committee will select recipients of The Ava Crews Scholarship in collaboration with Ava’s family.

Donations can be made here or at In Roads Credit Union locations by referencing "The Ava Crews Scholarship Fund". The Ava Crews Scholarship Fund is a registered nonprofit organization and donations are tax deductible as defined by the IRS.

The organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
