Let’s come together to celebrate Ascendant Neighborhood Development's 35 years of leadership in creating and revitalizing affordable homes across Northern Manhattan. Our Spring Gala will take place on May 31st at the Museum of the City of New York.
This anniversary year, we are excited to honor incredible individuals who continuously push boundaries and make creative and innovative impacts in our community. Our guests will have the opportunity to learn about our recent and upcoming redevelopment and preservation projects (and awards!), including a sneak peek at how we are growing our affordable housing portfolio.
Come reconnect with old friends and meet new community members while enjoying the gorgeous Museum of the City of New York. We'll have an exciting Gala presentation for you accompanied by an open bar and luxurious dinner from our amazing La Marqueta friends, Amuse Bouche. Our guests will also have the opportunity to explore a curated museum gallery, opened exclusively for our event. We'll have music by the talented local musician Ali Bello and his band Ochún, an Afro-Latin Jazz Quintet. Dancing is encouraged!
