It's time for our annual Acts of Kindness (AOK) initiative and, this year, our Community Kindness Project is especially close to our hearts. Josh LOVED breakfast foods- he would have eaten pancakes for every meal if we let him! We have so many happy memories of making pancakes together- he always insisted on chocolate chip- and eating them with maple syrup, or filling the pancake like a taco, with strawberries or bacon! In Josh's memory, we're channeling that joy into helping our neighbors by focusing our Community Kindness Project on breakfast staples.

We're collecting essential breakfast items to support local food pantries, ensuring families can start their day with the comfort of a good meal.

You can help in three ways:

Donate your favorite pancake mix, maple syrup, or other shelf-stable breakfast foods directly to your local food pantry (wherever you are!).

JKF's Acts Of Kindness Initiative's Mission is to spread love and kindness far and wide in Joshua’s memory and inspire others to do the same. Each year from July 7 through Joshua's birthday on August 3, Joshua Kaye Foundation asks our community to help spread love and kindness in his memory by joining us in #ActsOfKindness. We ask that you share your Acts of Kindness- big and small- on social media and use #ThisIsForJosh.
