Candlelight Tour (Friday) features a reception at Lemee House.

Candlelight Tour ~ Friday, October 10: 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Laureate House (225 Poete Street): Built in 1840, this European-style townhouse features a wide central hall, separate room entrances, and a beautiful garden.
Cunningham Cottage (305 Poete Street): The Tudor revival (Norman) cottage is decorated with a mixture of Antiques and includes a music room with a Grand Piano. The house also has a wonderful library of books and art work, from Germany, and other parts of the world.
Scott Corner House (104 Poete St.): Recreated in a 1800s historic design in the classic Creole style, this three-story raised plantation house has a double gallery, lower level brick columns and hipped roof. Second floor rooms flow onto sheltered galleries connected to the first floor with outside stairs.
Cypress St. Cottage (112 Cypress St.): Built in 1945, Cypress St. Cottage is a small 1150 square foot home. The home is lovingly referred to as "Cypress Cottage" by its owner. The house has 9 ft. ceilings, original hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, a small renovated kitchen and renovated bathroom. The house is decorated in warm colors. It has traditional furnishings with an Italian flair, and a 7 ft grand piano is the home's centerpiece.

Town Tour ~ Saturday, October 11: 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.

Town Tour (Saturday) features local vendors at Lemee House.

H.A. Cook Guesthouse (128 St. Denis Street): A converted 1920s commercial building now serves as a three-bedroom guesthouse filled with period antiques.
Keegan House (225 Williams Avenue): A Colonial Revival home built in 1850, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Nakatosh House (210 Jefferson Street): Built in 1923, this stucco-and-cypress home boasts four bedrooms, four baths, and a sunroom.
Murphy Trading House (607 Williams Ave.): The Murphy Trading House, (also known as the Tauzin‑Wells House), is the oldest house in Natchitoches. It's also an interesting example of traditional French Poteaux-Sur-Sol ["posts on a sill"] and Bousillage ["filled with mud"] construction. The structure is timber-frame, sitting on a wood sill, which rests on bricks. The infill [Bousillage], is a mixture of clay mud, Spanish moss, and animal hair, and painted with a lime wash.
