Identity is a nonprofit provider delivering comprehensive care by and for LGBTQIA2S+ people.

We serve over 1,700 patients each year; offering primary care, therapy, sexual health, and gender-affirming services both in person and online.

We never cap enrollment for Medicaid or Medicare patients, and we never send anyone to collections.

In 2024, that meant over $119,000 in care delivered with no expectation of payment.
