All ages are welcome
Bring your bag, basket or pillowcase for collecting goodies!
Costumes Optional
Masks (health protection or Halloween) optional
There will be resource information available from some trunks regarding services for people with disabilities
Come anytime between 10am and noon for all ages trunk-or-treating (cars will pack up at 12noon, so please arrive in time to visit the trunks before 12:00)

Please, no person should attend who, on day of event
Has a temperature over 100F, or have other COVID-19 symptoms
Has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 5 days

We understand that things come up, but we do want to ensure a robust experience for our registered families.

Each car should bring candy or non-candy treats for about 200 trick or treaters. Organizations serving individuals with autism or other disabilities are encouraged to also display/hand out information about your services (after all, parents are attending too!)

Please bring your own table and chair(s) if needed, as well as containers for the treats you are giving out, and of course any information/materials you wish to offer to families.

If you need inspiration for decorating your trunk,
- build a theme around a favorite movie, character, etc
- promote your business/organzation/services

About our Trick-or-Treaters

Please welcome all ages
Costumes are optional
Some trick or treaters may be unable to say "trick or treat" or "thank you"
A few may try to reach into your container and/or take many items. Do not allow this. Be kind and firm. Feel confident to put your hand over the container or move the container. You can say "just one, please", or something similar.
Kids who need assistance will have a parent/caregiver/helper with them
Even if they do have a helper, speak to/focus primarily on the trick or treater when handing out treats
They just want to have fun (and treats!), despite whatever their challenges may be. Most will follow your lead - smile, be friendly, act comfortable.
