It is my sincere pleasure to offer another Sashiko Japan Tour. The previous tour in 2023 was a great success, but it was also a significant burden for my spouse in the United States. Therefore, this time I will be taking my daughter with me, allowing my spouse to focus on her work (she is now in a much better situation after stepping down from her management position).

It has been 18 months since my last visit to Japan. The same feelings of fear and worry I had in 2023 still linger. I will prepare as thoroughly as possible and share stories in advance, and once again, I am offering this campaign. To be honest, I’m not sure if this is the best idea, but I have decided to create this page to accept [Support/Donations] for my time in Japan.

The goal is to share part of my journey—returning to Japan to share the Sashiko we have been practicing—the very Sashiko that makes it difficult for me to casually return to Japan as often as I would like.

The support I receive here will be used to purchase or experience something in Japan for my daughter and mother during our visit. Additionally, I plan to bring back some items for us to share. All contributions (with a minimum of $5.00 to ensure fairness on Patreon) will grant access to a designated website link where I will share exclusive content. If you are a supporter on Patreon, you will find this link on the Patreon platform after the tour.

For those who support with $20.00 or more, I plan to send a special postcard from Japan to your address. Patreon supporters who have contributed for over a year (or who are on the annual plan) can also receive a postcard by notifying me of their mailing address (please check the Patreon post for details).

For larger contributions, I will also send you a package with items I bring back from Japan.
