THE KEYSOS ARE BACK TO SUPPORT A GREAT CAUSE TO CELEBRATE ANDREW TURNING THREE! This year we will again be partnering with Project Sweet Peas of Greater Philadelphia for Andrew’s third birthday on March 28.

Specifically, we have decided to sponsor Project Sweet Peas Badge Kits. These badges kits mark a key milestones each ICU child celebrates. Milestones include such achievements as: getting off a ventilator, CPAP, nasal cannula, doubling birth weight, first bottle, coming off nitrate and caffeine, passing a car seat test and so much more. So much is taken from a NICU parent, we miss out on maternity sessions, newborn photos, monthly photos without your child being in an isolate or having tubes attached to them and so on. This initiative provides parents with a little sense of normacy.

Many parents cannot afford these kits and we were fortunate to to have a good family friend donate them . We would like to provide kits to each NICU patient so parents can look back with their NICU survivor and see the progress made since their NICU stay.

To honor Andrew’s third birthday, the Keyso Family will match up to $200.00 for every dollar donated.

We will also provide the book that Jim and I wrote while Andrew was in the NICU, to be placed at the bedside of every NICU patient! The books will be distributed on either Palm Sunday (the day Andrew was born in 2021) or Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024.
