Vendor application for organizations that wish to sell their goods or services.

Vendors must supply their own equipment (Tent, Chairs, Tables, etc)

**All fees are non-refundable.

No electricity or running water is available. Event is outside.

Certificate of Insurance required. Will be requested upon application approval. Vendor responsible for having required business licenses.

Restrictions:
No requests for donations permitted by vendors. Food vendors are permitted. Grills are permitted. No music permitted from vendor booths. No alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons permitted. All booths/goods/services must be family friendly. Vendor not permitted to sell any other goods or services other than what is specified within this application without written consent from North Carolina Families United.

Vendor Setup: Begins at 8am // Breakdown is at 4pm
**Vendor is solely responsible for their belongings. Setup area should be returned to its original state prior to arrival, upon departure.

Approval for vendor application will be confirmed within 48 hours of registration. NC Families United reserves the right to deny vendor participation.
