The Anusara's loops are part of a unique system of bio-mechanical alignment principles designed to guide the flow of energy and create safe, stable, and optimal alignment in the body.

There are seven pairs of Loops and each one is a flow of energy or movement that happens naturally in a specific direction through the body.

These loops are circular energy currents that help refine posture from the inside out.

Lisa Long, Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, will guide this practice to experience and embody the Loops like never before.

Prepare yourself to access your physical body movement in a safe and therapeutical way through specifc actions oriented to keep joint integration while deepening and aknowledging the potential of your energetic body.
