The S ³ Scholarship Fund was established under the nonprofit organization S ³ Impacts Inc. (501c3) founded by Lashawn Reaves, Diego Sanford and Joseph Wiley. S ³ Impacts’ mission is to make IMPACTS by Improving Minority People Access to Capital Through Service Scholarship and Social media.

One purpose of S ³ Impacts is to establish a scholarship program for the benefit of worthy high school students who need financial assistance after high school. All donations are tax deductible.
