Refund Policy Reminder: We're happy to issue a refund prior to the date by which our RSVP total is due to the restaurant - the day sales end (in this case 8/5). After that, the restaurant has ordered the food and we have committed to pay for that number of meals. Thank you for understanding. In the event that we have to cancel the event for weather, we will reschedule it and your ticket will be good for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, we will gladly issue a refund up until the new RSVP deadline for the new date.

IMPORTANT: In the event of severe weather, please keep an eye on our FB page, meetup page, your email, and/or the campaign updates. That's how we'll let you know if we have to postpone due to safety concerns. In the event of a postponement, your ticket will automatically be good for the new date. If you have a conflict for the new date, we'll happily issue a refund up until the RSVP deadline for that new date. :-)
