Who is B’Fly Girls, Inc.?

B’Fly Girls, Inc. is a mentoring organization committed to the social and emotional well-being of girls of color. Since 2005, we’ve created affirming, identity-rooted spaces where girls in grades 3–12 build confidence, resilience, and leadership through consistent mentorship and intentional programming.

We believe that when a girl is seen, heard, and supported emotionally — she rises in every area of her life.

What Do We Do?

We deliver school-based and community-centered programming focused on identity-rooted mentorship, emotional and social skill-building, healing-centered group experiences, and enrichment opportunities. Our model helps girls thrive emotionally, academically, and socially.

Where Does Your Donation Go?

Your gift helps fund our 2025–2026 Flight Journey — including emotional wellness kits, mentor training, mentorship support circles, Flight Plan curriculum development, enrichment experiences, and our signature wellness kickoff: the RISE Program.
