BGD's Kids Education Project offers free, age-appropriate social justice programming for 5 to 12-year-olds. Our workshops are run by teacher-activists with decades of combined experience. In 2025, we are expanding to deliver online workshops and events wherever they're needed across the country. Our goal is to educate kids and foster critical thinking around issues of anti-blackness and other forms of racism; sexism and misogyny; transphobia and queerphobia; xenophobia and Islamaphobia; and ableism, so that our children learn how to navigate the challenging world they are living in.

The BGD Project partners with parents and families, schools, churches, and other community organizations, to continue to bring social justice education to kids no matter what. Workshops are currently on hold while we focus 100% on fundraising to stabilize our programming! The quicker you give and share our campaign, the quicker our programming can continue and expand.
