Today we are officially closing our donation platform for flooding relief. We are grateful to have been able to help so many in the NEK who have suffered so much. We are proud of our community and our resiliency to help one another. Every dollar helped, and every dollar reached a person who needed it. It feels good to do good.

Wow! To our supporters, donors, and grant recipients...we want to say a GREAT BIG thank you. Thank you for holding on, thank you for supporting this fund, and thank you for sending your good vibes and positive energy to those impacted by this devastation. Today we surpassed $100,000 in donations received--just amazing! And yet, we still have unmet needs. We are committed to each and every application for assistance. We currently have many applications on hold, as we await more financial support. For that reason, we have once again raised our fundraising goal.
Please help us continue to support our neighbors in the NEK, as we work to raise $150,000. It feels good to do good, and together we do the most good. 💜

8/1/24-Thank you to our friends and neighbors near and far for the outstanding support. We forever hold gratitude in our hearts for your kindness and generosity. It feels good to do good. 💜
To date, we have been able to release grant funds to many of our first-round applicants, with more funds expected to be released in the coming days.
Due to a second major flooding event, within 18 days of the first, and the overwhelming number of applications received from NEK residents impacted by these floods, we have raised our goal to $100,000. We still need your help. Please join us in our efforts to support our NEK friends, neighbors, and families who are suffering the unimaginable.
